Overview

Are you ready to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Join our 24-month training and development program designed to help you become a top-tier insurance sales professional. You’ll work closely with retail agents, build strong relationships, and drive new business opportunities. This role is based in the office, with opportunities for local travel and participation in industry events.


How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll connect with retail agents to create new business opportunities. You’ll make outbound calls, educate customers on quoting platforms, and help turn leads into results. You’ll also contribute to marketing efforts like email campaigns, social media posts, webinars, and customer events.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making 50+ outbound calls daily to drive submissions and bind orders.
  • Reporting weekly on your sales calls and results.
  • Sharing ideas for social media posts and email campaigns.
  • Hosting monthly webinars and coordinating customer events.
  • Reviewing trends in quoting activity and addressing them with your team.
  • Collaborating with your Regional Sales Manager to refine strategies.
  • Pursuing continuing education and insurance licenses to grow your expertise.

This is an in-office role with some travel required for training, networking, and client meetings.


About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.

Preferred:

  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
  •  Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.
  • Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
