Role:
Red Rocks Credit Union is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to build partnerships with local businesses and expand our Select Employee Group (SEG) program. This role focuses on driving membership, deposit, and loan growth by promoting our financial products, delivering education, and creating meaningful community connections.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain SEG and community business relationships
  • Generate leads and support growth in memberships, deposits, and loans
  • Represent the RRCU brand at business visits, events, and chamber activities
  • Assist members with new membership and loan applications
  • Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of related business development, sales, or community relations experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Valid Colorado driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable insured transportation
  • Ability to pass background, credit, and required security clearances
