Are you ready to utilize your energy, creativity, and charisma by joining our supportive, fun, dynamic and driven Marketing team? At Ultimate Home Health Care, we embrace those who have a competitive and resilient nature and thrive at cultivating unique and genuine relationships.
We are seeking Business Development Executive who has a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies and building relationships. This candidate is responsible for growing our census by developing referral business within their assigned territory.
  • Promote Ultimate’s programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.
  • Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
  • Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of referral sources These include pre and post call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections and closing.
Experience Requirements
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
Skill Requirements
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required.
  • Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self motivated.
