This position serves as Ignite's primary lead for the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), responsible for customer engagement, capture leadership, and expanding Ignite's support to the MSIC mission. Through strategic customer engagement and technical credibility, the Capture Manager positions Ignite as a trusted mission partner while providing executive oversight of awarded programs to ensure exceptional performance and continued growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Capture Develop and execute Ignite's MSIC growth strategy.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with MSIC leadership, technical organizations, and key leadership. Identify, qualify, and prioritize new opportunities across COMET and other contract vehicles. Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award, including teaming, proposal strategy, and reviews.

Represent Ignite during customer engagements, technical exchanges, industry events, and executive meetings. Monitor customer priorities, acquisition strategies, and budgets to identify future opportunities. Program Leadership Provide overall program direction, leadership, and execution oversight of awarded programs.

Ensure successful execution of customer requirements while meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting scientific and technical intelligence requirements.

Integrate engineering, scientific, analytical, and intelligence activities. Ensure technical execution aligns with customer priorities and mission requirements. Contract & Resource Management Oversee contractor performance, staffing, budgets, and resource planning.

Ensure compliance with applicable contractual, security, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Leadership & Team Development Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting complex intelligence missions. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
