About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Associate to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or business development career who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and speaking with business professionals.
You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, initiating conversations with prospective business owners and professionals, and supporting expansion initiatives across multiple regions.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone confident on the phone, organized, coachable, and eager to grow into a future leadership position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM systems and internal processes.
  • Research businesses, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Track activity metrics, pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, recruiting, lead generation, account management, or business development.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations.
  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional and polished demeanor.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working within structured systems and CRM platforms.
