Position Overview
DRYmedic of Greenville is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the Upstate SC area. This is a commission-only role-ideal for someone motivated by results, flexible hours, and unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, realtors, plumbers, property managers, and other key referral partners
  • Attend networking events, BNI groups, trade shows, and community meetings
  • Drop off marketing materials, promo items, and check in regularly with partners
  • Identify new lead opportunities and pass them to our operations team
  • Track interactions and lead sources using our CRM
  • Represent the DRYmedic brand with professionalism, energy, and purpose

What We're Looking For
  • Natural networker and people-person
  • Comfortable introducing yourself to new contacts and following up
  • Familiar with the restoration, insurance, or real estate industries (a plus)
  • Self-starter who thrives on commission and flexible work hours
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid clean driver's license and MVR
