ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an automotive film manufacturer based in Jurupa Valley, CA, and we are building a field sales team to grow our presence across Southern California. The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding our reach within the professional automotive film market. This is a field-first role with regular touchpoints at our Jurupa Valley headquarters. We are looking for an early-career sales professional who is hungry to build a territory, eager to learn a specialized product category, and ready to grow alongside a company that rewards performance with real advancement. You do not need to be an expert in automotive film on day one — but you do need to be driven, personable, and committed to developing into one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across a defined Southern California territory

• Engage professional installers, automotive shops, dealerships, and regional accounts through consistent in-person outreach

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to each customer's needs and application

• Manage a structured CRM pipeline with accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, contacts, and deal stages

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new account acquisition and revenue growth

• Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, industry events, and automotive gatherings

• Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategy

• Partner with the inside sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent customer experience

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong preference for Automotive Aftermarket experience & Genuine interest in the automotive industry or car culture

• 1–3 years of outside sales, territory sales, or B2B business development experience

• Self-directed and accountable — you manage your territory with discipline and purpose

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

• Resilient, competitive, and coachable — you take direction well and apply it in the field

• Strong relationship-building skills — you earn trust quickly and maintain it over time

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred and will be a competitive advantage in this territory
