WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an ambitious Field Resources Development Associate to join our innovative and hard-working Field Resources team. A successful candidate is eager to learn, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working with a wide variety of individuals and personalities, being able to adapt to different communication styles is key. Utilize your conflict resolution skills by handling order escalations as necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Handle all field resources development administration, which is not limited to: subcontractor recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, claims, off-boarding, and reporting on subcontractors in accordance with Company performance standards and all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle the department's recruiting efforts, which are not limited to: lead generation, documentation, communication, and initiating the on-boarding process in Company platforms.
  • Participate in subcontractor business reviews and support subcontractor training programs; escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Promote the recognition efforts of the department by communicating job performance and Company feedback to the network of subcontractors.
  • Assist with the maintenance of various subcontractor records in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Aid in the evaluation of the network by analyzing capacity, scorecard, internal feedback, and forecasting reports; Identifying areas of improvement and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Build a trusted, competent, and confident relationship with internal employees and external partnerships through effective communication and thorough understanding of services offered.
  • Serve as the team resource for practical and procedural advice related to functional areas; escalating to Supervisor as needed.
  • Document policies and procedures as requested.
  • Participate in projects, programs, training, and action plans to meet department goals.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years similar experience is preferred.
