Job Description Summary

End user sales of limited energy solutions.

Job Description:

Compensation would be salary plus commissions for eligible sales.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop sales pipeline consisting of opportunities for limited energy solutions, maintenance agreements and monitoring contracts through prospecting and developing relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Identify key influencers, budgets, and purchasing criteria across all accounts to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing Specialists to prepare sales information and proposals for customers.
  • Maintain updated pipeline by entering all opportunities in CRM and advancing those opportunities through the sales cycle as necessary.
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategies and objectives with team members.
  • Develop relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors and electrical contractors to keep them up to date with new products and solutions offered.
  • Attend tradeshows and industry meetings for prospecting and staying up to date on product innovations, capabilities, and market/industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with product vendors.
  • Prepare a yearly business plan that includes sales goals, current pipeline status, target accounts and identification of potential obstacles.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in limited energy sales or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, sales tactics, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and the coordination of manpower and resources.
  • Ability to develop sales goals that relate specifically to obtaining assigned quota
  • Ability to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the associated work to be performed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software programs.
