Business Development Intern Bensure is seeking an ambitious and motivated Drexel Co-op student to join our growing team as a Business Development & Outreach Associate. This role offers direct exposure to startup growth, business development, financial services, and relationship management. You will work closely with company leadership to identify prospective clients, develop outreach campaigns, build strategic relationships, and support business growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in entrepreneurship, fintech, financial services, sales, marketing, or business development. • Research and identify prospective clients and strategic partners. • Conduct outreach to HR professionals, benefits administrators, benefits brokerages, financial advisors, and financial institutions. • Assist with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation initiatives. • Maintain and update CRM and prospect databases. • Schedule meetings and assist with client communications. • Support partnership development efforts. • Track outreach metrics and campaign performance. • Participate in business strategy discussions and growth planning. • Represent Bensure professionally in communications with prospective clients and partners.
