Are you confident on the phone, motivated by goals, and energized by connecting with people? Spirit HR is looking for a driven and professional Business Development Associate to help grow our client base by identifying companies that could benefit from our HR and PEO services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow a career in sales and business development.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective business clients
  • Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their HR and workforce needs
  • Identify qualified opportunities for our sales team
  • Schedule meetings and consultations for outside sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate activity records within our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
  • Learn and communicate the value of Spirit HR's services, including HR support, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management solutions
