Job description

The Global People Technology & Adoption leader is responsible for defining and executing the global enterprise strategy for P&C technology and adoption. This role partners closely with P&C leaders and GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric technology solutions that enable the employee lifecycle and support organizational growth.


The leader partners with GETS on global HRIS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, vendor relationships, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience. This role also leads the adoption of enhancements, processes and new systems.
 

   Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 
    10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology 
    2+ Experience as a HR Business Partner
    Experience managing multinational, cross-functional teams. 
    Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale implementations. 
    Strong knowledge of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. 
    Experience managing enterprise software vendors and consulting partners.

Salary Range: $164,500 - $193,600 + annual bonus
