Job Title: AI Business Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Mon Thurs Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train business teams on Microsoft Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools, and prompt engineering.
  • Identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI-enabled workflows.
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, documentation, and best practices for AI adoption.
  • Support AI governance, data security, compliance, and automation standards.
  • Track solution adoption, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI productivity tools, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, cloud data platforms, and analytics workflows.
  • Strong experience in business process improvement, stakeholder management, and user training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
