We are seeking a confident and experienced Product Manager who can work closely with the Principal product manager for the EPT initiatve and the engineering team to expand this new edge service to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for specific aspects of product management - including product requirements, use case scenarios, user experience/UI, pricing, business cases, GTM strategies, and identifying partnerships. In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to effectively collaborate with other members of the product, engineering, sales and marketing teams, and push through product execution by gaining alignment across the organization.
Help to create customer-inspired, differentiated products to source, deliver and enable monitoring of highly precise time across global locations at scale Be the lead to define and drive the user experience, including user interface, portal navigation, API interactions and other backend infrastructure communication for an industry leading experience Push through product execution and launch by collaborating with engineering, operations, program management, quote-to-cash operations, marketing and other stakeholders Help to define the software enablement of upcoming features services for EPT customers Develop use case scenarios and help create marketing colaterals
Prepare compelling business cases for executive approval
Skills:
Demonstrable experience in successful end-to-end product management of products and services
Experience in the area of infrastructure as a service and/or Software as a service business
Basic working knowledge of communication infrastructure, IT Enterprise infrastructure and Networking technologies and customers will be helpul Knowledge of network time synchronization protocols such as NTP, PTP, White Rabbit and other emerging communication standards is desirable, but not a must Understanding of leading public clouds (including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud), especially with respect to deployment and customer use case scenarios will be useful Experience working with API technologies, IAM framework and database technologies will be a good asset in this role
