Minimum Qualifications:
  • MBA or graduate-level degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, strategy, or healthcare-adjacent roles
  • Proven leadership experience through managing projects, leading initiatives, or influencing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make swift, customer-focused decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing large, real-world datasets to support business and strategic decision-making
  • Ability to develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Willingness and flexibility to rotate across multiple functions, business units, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership audiences

  • 2-4 years of professional experience with a strong track record of success

Pay Range: $77,905.00 - $116,858.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
