Prudential Overall Supply, a leader in uniform and textile rental services since 1932, is seeking a Business Systems Coordinator to support the technology platforms that power our Direct Sales operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and improving business processes. You'll become the department's go-to expert for business applications by learning our software systems, supporting users, coordinating projects, and working directly with software vendors. If you're analytical, organized, and eager to build a career in business systems, project coordination, or business technology, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Become the subject matter expert for department business applications and software systems.
  • Provide first-level support for system questions, troubleshooting, and user requests.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Track support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software and system updates.
  • Document business processes, testing results, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop user guides and provide training for employees.
  • Monitor new software features and recommend process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and improve the user experience.
  • Other duties as required.
What We're Looking ForQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship or 1–2 years of experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, or business operations preferred.
  • Experience with software implementations, testing, help desk/ticketing systems, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and business processes while providing excellent customer support.
