Our team members are critical in our mission of supporting waste warriors and keeping communities safe and clean.This role is for a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Technology team for the Oshkosh Vocational segment primarily supporting the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP platform. This role works closely with business owners in Procurement and Supply Chain to understand their business processes, workflows, and their relationships to current and future software solutions. This role will create detailed business requirements, system documentation, and implement quality software solutions. This role will need to utilize multiple techniques to elicit, document and validate the requirements with all stakeholders.YOUR IMPACT:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Serve as a digital technology resource to support the ERP and application requirements for the Procurement and Supply Chain business leaders.Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements within one or more functional business areas.Create functional specifications based on business requirements. Regulate and assess changes to requirements and their impacts.Tracks requirements from business case to implemented solution. Maintains requirements for reuse.Integrate testing for project and provide support for user acceptance testing.Assist in defining test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, and the creation of test scripts to ensure requirements from business case implemented into solution.Provide artifacts (data model, DTIL’s, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc.) and educate the support team. Provide input to production support when necessary.Identify and gather appropriate business requirements that lead to the necessary solution that satisfy the business need.Facilitate requirements gathering within one or more business functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirements document.Work in conjunction with project manager, and systems analysts to build test plan, business test scripts. Trace test plans/scripts to requirements from business case to implementation solution to ensure accurate results.Define and create project related policies and procedures, create functional specifications, DDTL’s, decisions documentations as well as following Project Management Office (PMO) methodology.Review end user training documentation and assist in training if needed.Support the Subject Matter Expert on business processes and systems for their functional area of expertise.Liaison for the functional area between DT application team and business based on expertise.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.Four (4) or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or in a related area.Ability to travel up to 20%.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:Experience and functional expertise supporting procurement and supply chain systems within enterprise ERP environments (JD Edwards and/or Infor LN, preferred).Relevant industry recognized certifications (IIBA, DTIL, CBAP, CCAB).Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making skills.Advanced Customer Service skills.Experience working independently and taking initiative.Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.Pay Range:$92,600.00 - $154,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
