Your Schedule Will Be: Monday 9-5, Tues & Wed 8-5, and Thurs 7-12

  • This role will work as a float between the front office and clinic
  • Well versed in dental procedures, treatment plan presentation and patient education

As a Dental/Business Assistant float,you will:

  • Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets.
  • Gather patient information and health background
  • Prepare the work area for procedures
  • Take x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
  • Prepare materials for surgical procedures
  • Educate patients on post-operative instructions
  • Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory
  • Sterilization, adhere to offices standards and universal precautions
