The McGrath Acura of Westmont Sales BDC is looking for the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn who will have an immediate positive impact on our growing department. BDC Sales Professionals looking for an opportunity to drive our department forward and earn competitive pay on day one should apply here!
This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Follow up with all previous day's leads 
  • Create customer contact notes in CRM.
  • Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
  • Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
