The Role

You’ll play an important role in building the top of the sales pipeline. Your primary goal will be to research prospects, make outbound calls, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified appointments for leadership to meet with potential customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

Prospect Research: Research commercial businesses and identify relevant decision-makers and potential sales opportunities.

Multi-Channel Communication: Manage prospect communications through outbound and inbound phone calls, email, and text.

Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule qualified sales appointments for leadership.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Use the company’s CRM to prospect, log interactions, update lead information, and track opportunities through the pipeline.

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to move qualified opportunities toward an appointment.

Sales Support: Provide leadership with accurate prospect information and relevant context before scheduled sales meetings.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working within the U.S. market.

• Proven success in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a high-volume prospecting environment.

• Demonstrated ability in cold calling, prospect research, lead generation, and appointment setting.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospective customers and decision-makers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with sales tools such as Method CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Experience selling commercial services, field service solutions, or other B2B services.

If you’re persistent, confident on the phone, and motivated by seeing your prospecting efforts turn into qualified opportunities and revenue, this could be a strong opportunity to grow with a company expanding its commercial business.
