What You Can Expect

The Systems Sr. Engineer will identify the tasks in designing business applications use Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks; create and extend Pega applications; manage rules and rulesets; leverage the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse between case types and applications; configure roles, access groups, and privileges; manage data access within an application design for multiple device types and screen sizes, including mobile devices and manage integration settings; provide thought leadership to stakeholders and agile teams across the business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements; work in conjunction with technical product owners and Scrum Master to size and deliver solutions while managing scope and risk; lead Pega application deployment and upgrade, upgrade process & rule remediation; perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs; and develop standards and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding.

  • Must have 3 years of experience with the following:
    • Pega Upgrades; and
    • Upgrade Process & Rule Remediation.
  • Must have experience with Pega Cloud. Must have Pega CSA Certification; and experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets and Branching design.
