Detailed Job Description:
The Business Analyst Employee Benefits will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and
IT teams to deliver digital and operational solutions supporting Employee Benefits insurance
platforms. The role involves requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and supporting Agile
delivery for benefits such as Group Life, Disability, Leave Management, Claims, and Enrollment.
Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 years
Certifications Needed: No
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Act as a domain SME for Employee Benefits and support clarifications during development and
testing.
2. Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and client stakeholders to prioritize and groom backlog.
3. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
process flows.
