What does a business analytics manager do?

A Business Analytics Manager oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to help organizations make informed business decisions. They lead teams of analysts, develop data-driven strategies, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Their responsibilities also include ensuring data quality, selecting appropriate analytical tools, and aligning analytics initiatives with business goals. By transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, they play a crucial role in improving efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage.

What are some common challenges faced by business analytics managers when aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives?

Business Analytics Managers often encounter challenges in ensuring that analytics projects are closely aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
