This role is designed as a launchpad into a direct sales position for top performers who demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and commercial acumen.

This position is field-based in our Rogers, Arkansas sales office.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Develop Product Expertise

  • Build a deep understanding of the product portfolio
  • Analyze product performance trends, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability across categories
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing) to stay informed on product features, positioning, and lifecycle changes
  • Manage catalog knowledge, serving as the primary point of contact for product details such as launch timing, modular status, and retail placement

Own the Walmart.com Business

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of the Walmart.com business, including item setup, forecasting, order recommendations, and inventory management
  • Develop and manage the POS plan, including year-over-year (YoY) and quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) tracking, identification of headwinds/tailwinds, and gap-closing strategies
  • Drive best-in-class site execution through regular site audits of assortment, content, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, act with urgency, and partner with Retail Marketing to maximize program impact
  • Translate performance data into actionable strategies that support long-term digital growth
  • Own the digital forecast by leveraging historical data, trends, seasonality, and promotional plans; align with cross-functional partners on assumptions, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage order execution in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) fulfillment

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and enhance weekly and monthly performance reports on key KPIs (e.g., POS, inventory, sales trends), delivering actionable insights for real-time decision-making
  • Analyze market trends using tools such as Walmart Scintilla, Tableau, and other data sources; clearly articulate the “why” behind performance
  • Build compelling, data-driven presentations for Walmart Merchants, Planners, and Replenishment Managers
  • Support new product launches by tracking performance, comparing results to forecasts, and informing distribution and placement strategies
  • Go beyond reporting to provide clear, actionable recommendations (“so what”)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Walmart, alongside sales leads, to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to support long-term strategies and business planning

Process Improvement

  • Streamline processes by creating standardized operating procedures and leveraging automation tools
