Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to join Legna Software, LLC, a fast-growing SaaS-based software company in Winston-Salem, NC.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of Legna's software solutions. At Legna, we provide supply chain and inventory management software to the timber and wood products industries (i.e. lumber mills, sawmills, pulp mills, etc.) throughout the United States and Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will work intimately with our clients, ensuring we implement our software as efficiently and effectively as possible. Post-go-live, you'll work closely with our customers to ensure ongoing client success. In addition to building strong relationships with our clients, you'll work internally with our product and engineering teams to understand our product roadmap and ensure we deeply understand our clients' problems to ensure we are addressing the needs of our end market and developing the best product possible.
Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver successful implementations of Legna's software applications by providing the technical expertise to efficiently implement software and configure systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business processes, goals and challenges
  • Act as primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (R&D, Product, Exec)
  • Develop business and forestry industry-related knowledge to be able to understand and proactively solve customer requirements
  • Train customer teams on system functionality, best practices, and workflows, including the creation and updates of training and user guides
  • Provide support to customers post go-live; understand the importance of and pursue the highest degree of customer service
  • Test software as directed and clearly communicate feedback to ensure issues are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Support product management team by acting as voice of the customer
  • Ad hoc projects in business operations supporting the overall initiatives and goals of the business
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions
  • The candidate must be willing to perform other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • Experience in software implementation, consulting, or technical support roles preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of computer software systems, hardware systems, network technologies, and ERP applications relevant to the task of implementing software
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required (typically <20%)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
