Business Analysis:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and data requirements.
  • Assist in translating business needs into functional and data specifications.
  • Support gap analysis and requirement validation with stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and grooming sessions.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
  • Perform basic data profiling and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support reporting and dashboards by ensuring data correctness.
  • Assist in data reconciliation and issue identification.

Project Management Support:
  • Support the Data PM in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Data Engineering).
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action trackers.
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed.

Data Testing Support:
  • Assist in test case preparation and execution for data validation.
  • Validate ETL processes and data pipelines under supervision.
  • Help identify and document data defects and inconsistencies.
  • Support root cause analysis for data issues.

Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
