Pay Rate : $60/hr - $75/hr

An Excellent Opportunity for Sr. Business Analyst to work with "Fortune 100" clients in New York, NY


Required Skills:



  • Senior level Business Analysis skills (minimum 8 years of relevant experience) must be skilled in defining business requirements, root cause analysis, and data analysis and reporting them back to stakeholders including senior decision makers

  • Understanding of Capital Markets products such as derivatives and secured financing transactions and customer and security master reference data (experience working with derivatives, reports, secured financing transactions, securities, market risk, risk concepts, trading, etc.)

  • Strong Excel skills highly skilled with pivot tables & VLookups

  • Ability to understand and analyze of Regulatory Reporting data requirements, analyze data issues, perform root cause analysis, define business requirements, and drive solution design

  • Standard Office Experience

  • Strong business partnering and relationship building skills

  • Experience in the Financial or Banking industry

  • Excellent communication skills


Plusses:



  • Knowledge of SQL/Python

  • Data analysis skills including experience with Data Mapping & Data Lineage

  • Prior Banking/Financial experience


Day to day:



  • Analyze data issues and perform root cause analysis

  • Partnership and collaboration with internal and external group across the enterprise

  • Write and modify BRDs

  • Work within Excel with Pivot Tables & VLookups

  • Assist teams with the design of solutions for data gaps identified
