The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between Expedia's business stakeholders and Capgemini's AI engineering teams. This role focuses on requirement elicitation, documentation, user story development, and AI feasibility analysis for AWS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Expedia stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for AWS-based AI/ML solutions.
• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure solution alignment.
• Document workflows, user stories, and test cases with precision and clarity.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify automation and personalization opportunities.
• Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for AI initiatives.
