Accounting and Finance Analyst

• This Analyst establishes and maintains financial policies, controls, and records in compliance with accounting principles and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate financial information and effective internal controls. You may also manage components of grant programs, including planning, budgeting, compliance monitoring, and leveraging firm technology assets for enhanced financial reporting and decision-making.

Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Qualifications

Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent program
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
• You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

• 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred
• Internship, project, or coursework experience in accounting or finance
• Meet minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment
