Our North America Finance team is seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting core accounting activities.
About the Role
The Business Analyst generates timely, accurate financial and managerial reports, ensures data integrity across SAP systems, supports month-end close, and collaborates closely with accounting, supply chain, and product management teams. This role is critical in enabling strong decision-making across the North America business.
Responsabilitites
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports (Sales, P&L, KPIs, Inventory, Forecasts).
  • Ensure data integrity across SAP systems (FI, CO, SD, Logistics, BI).
  • Support accounting processes, including month-end close, internal controls, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models and support product managers.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for North America.
  • Provide supply chain reporting, freight KPI analysis, and accrual variance reviews.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in accounting and finance, including taxes.
  • Understanding of logistics and customer service functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting & Profitability Analysis).
  • Working knowledge of SAP BI reporting tool.
  • Ability to create reports using the SAP Report Painter.
  • Understanding of the SAP SD module; able to run sales reports and analyze postings.
  • Understanding of SAP Logistics module; able to run shipment reports and analyze logistics postings.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience creating, analyzing, and explaining financial results to internal management.
  • 3+ years of public or industry accounting experience.
  • Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Accounting degree or equivalent required.
