Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Only W2)
Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to define business needs, document requirements, and ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Manage requirement traceability using RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix).
  • Work with Product Owners to prioritize product backlog and define acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
  • Perform Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare project documentation, business workflows, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPMN), Use Cases, and UML.
  • Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and RTM.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Telecom domains.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and REST services.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL concepts.
