12-18 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance for US markets

Experience in two or more of the business areas covering policy management, Claims, and sales and distribution

Experience with personal and commercial lines of business. Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must.

Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement

Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs

Hands on experience on use cases/BRD and other project artifacts related to requirement management, process improvements.

Experience on SDLC and agile methodologies.

Exposure to emerging technologies trends and its adoption within insurance industry

Thought leadership in areas of insurance trends, best practices, process optimization areas
