Your role at Clorox:

The S&OE Process Manager role is responsible for helping our IBP Center of Excellence enable Clorox's planning transformation while supporting and advising our Business Unit IBP Teams to deliver target outcomes. Key areas of focus for the role are to monitor, guide, and enhance the S&OE and inventory planning processes across Business Units, ensuring alignment with best practices, providing technical solutions for process improvements, and supporting users through training, documentation, and proactive communication.

In this role, you will:

  • Process Monitoring in BUs: Monitor S&OE and Inventory planning process execution in BUs to identify gaps and areas for improvement vs best in class standards defined
  • Process & Methodology Enhancement: Identify challenges in current S&OE and Inventory planning processes & methodologies, and translate into process related solutions and/or technical recommendations for improvement to be shared with theKinaxis RR Product Manager
  • System & Process synchronization: Partner withtheKinaxis RR Product Managerto monitor S&OE and Inventory planning system and applications upgrades and new capabilities and identify impacts to processes & potential process improvements to best utilize new functionality
  • Process Standardization: Develop standard ways-of-working for S&OE and Inventory Planning, designing, maintaining and deploying process documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency inactivities across BUs as needed in service of IBP
  • Systems support: TeachS&OE and Inventory Plannerson Kinaxis, assist users who need help with specific tasks and help escalate system issues to the Product Manager for resolution.
  • Capability building:Lead training programs in partnership with Product Manager on S&OE and InventoryPlanningprocess changes
  • PBI Report Support: Be SME and 1st line of support for users and lead training as needed.
  • Fcst Performance Monitoring:Continuously monitor forecast accuracy results across BUsto identify trends and systematic issues indicating potential process gaps
  • Supply Plan Adherence Performance Monitoring:Continuously monitor ManufacturingPlan Adherence results acrossBUsto identify trends and systematic issues indicating potential process gaps
  • Proactive comms. & coordination: Proactively communicate and collaborate with BU IBP teams to ensure that network planning processes & systems are meeting business needs
  • Enhancement roadmap alignment: Support alignment over roadmaps for network planning process & system capabilities build out gaining buy-in from leadership team

  • Experience interfacing and influencing across teams

-Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

-Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

-Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800
