We are looking for a New Member Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our member experience. You will be the primary point of contact for every new member starting on Day 1. Your mission is to guide, support, and champion our members continuously as they begin their fitness journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, motivated, and empowered.
What You'll Do
  • Day 1 Welcome: Guide new members through their first studio experience, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and excited to return.
  • Continuous Onboarding Support: Build strong relationships through consistent communication, checking in at regular intervals (e.g., Week 1, Month 1, Month 2, Month 3, Month 4) during their first 4 months.
  • Goal & Experience Tracking: Actively listen to member feedback during touchpoints to discover what they love, address what they need help with, and keep them aligned with their fitness goals.
  • Milestone Celebration: Partner with our coaching and sales teams to track member progress and celebrate wins (e.g., class counts, Personal Records) on our studio Goal and "Brag" Board.
  • Community Building: Foster a strong, inclusive Orange family by answering questions, providing studio tours, and resolving member concerns with a sense of urgency.
