At Burn Boot Camp Westchase, we are more than a fitness facilityโ€”we are a community dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and transforming lives. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate (Burn Ambassador).

Position Summary

As a Burn Ambassador, you are the first impression of our gym. You will create exceptional member experiences, build relationships, generate leads, and help prospective members begin their fitness journey. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for health, fitness, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment.

Conduct tours and educate prospective members about Burn Boot Camp programs and memberships.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails.

Convert trial members into long-term memberships.

Assist with membership sales, renewals, and account management.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Support community events, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.

Assist with social media content and community outreach.

Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and inviting.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads.

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with computers, email, and basic technology.

Availability for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
