Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions
  • Complete treatment planning
  • Maintain timely documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support recovery and relapse prevention planning
  • Assist with discharge and continuing care planning

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • CSC-AD
  • CAC-AD
  • LGADC
  • ADT
  • Experience working in SUD treatment

Strong consideration will be given to motivated candidates with behavioral health experience.
