Starting wage $17 to $20 per hour based on experience. Pay increase when you are able to deliver burial vaults independently, typically within 2 months. Performance Review and pay increase at six months of employment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists in production of concrete burial vaults
  • Preparation of the vault for delivery 
  • Delivers completed vaults to cemetery
  • Sets vaults in cemetery using hydraulic equipment
  • Sets up tent, chairs, and prepares the general area for burial
  • Wears clean company uniform when required
  • Maintains company equipment to be clean and operable
  • Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work with a team or independently
  • Have pride in quality of service and product

  • Shows active concern for safety, clean work area, and fellow employees
  • Valid driver's license required; must have insurable driving record
  • Certified DOT Driving Record will be required before a job offer can be extended

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Job training for this position is provided 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking
  • Occasional squatting, bending, and overhead work
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally
  • Manual dexterity as needed to operate a variety of machinery and equipment
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions 
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to typical noises and smells associated with a manufacturing plant
