This full-time position blends relationship-based sales and customer support with scheduling and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Realtors, and partners through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

  • Schedule home inspections accurately and communicate clearly with clients and inspectors.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Provide administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
