We are seeking bright, motivated All-Stars who want to become Burger King Assistant Managers! Previous experience is a plus, as is the willingness to be a part of a team. To be a part of a great team is exciting and fun. And to be a great team, each member has to trust that everyone will complete their job to the best of their ability. And when this team accomplishes this, everyoneโ€™s job becomes exciting, fun and rewarding. So if you have the desire to take part in an awesome team, we are looking for you. And we will provide you with all the tools needed - hands-on training, digital learning modules, and a clear path to becoming the next Burger King success story.

Shift Lead/Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the manager on duty to verify store is following Food Safety Programs
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
  • Comply with Burger King's portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
  • Ensure employees are using checklists and following Burger King's specs
  • Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products
  • Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work
  • Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements
  • Properly maintain equipment per manufacturerโ€™s and company specification
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Requirements include:
