Job Summary:
Assist customers that come to our store, order on-line and ask questions through our customer e-mail.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service to all customers
  • Answer phone calls
  • Answer emails in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with product recommendations (basic detailing knowledge)
  • Answer customer ticket
  • Run reports
  • Problem-solve order issues
  • Restock retail showroom
  • Manage cash box
  • Operate POS checkout systems
  • Complete basic Excel spreadsheets
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Positive Attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work weekends and events
  • Must be able to adapt to change
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have basic Excel skills
  • Excellent communications skills including both verbal and written
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Detailing experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work schedule will include a minimum of 1 weekend day, with 1 day off during the week. OT may be required on an as-needed basis.
Travel: Minimal local travel to events may be required.
