industrial, healthcare, aviation, mission-critical, multifamily, and institutional facilities.
Kilgore Service is expanding its commercial service platform and is focused on building long-term customer relationships
through responsive service, preventive maintenance, repair and replacement planning, and facility support.

Position Summary
The Senior Commercial Service Consultant is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing commercial service
opportunities with building owners, facility managers, property managers, healthcare facilities, industrial customers, and other
commercial accounts.
This role is not just about chasing one-time projects. The goal is to build trusted relationships, understand facility needs, create
service opportunities, and help grow Kilgore's recurring service and replacement business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial service opportunities through prospecting, referrals, facility reviews, construction-to-service
handoffs, existing customer expansion, and targeted account development.
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, building owners, property managers, engineers, contractors,
consultants, and other decision-makers.
- Meet with customers to understand building system challenges, aging equipment, recurring service issues, budget concerns,
comfort problems, reliability risk, and future replacement needs.
- Work with service managers, operations, estimating, and project teams to develop solutions for preventive maintenance,
HVAC/mechanical service, equipment replacement, retrofits, upgrades, and other commercial service opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, budgetary pricing, service recommendations, and scope options in a clear, professional
manner.
- Translate technical service needs into practical customer language, helping customers understand operating risk, repair
options, maintenance value, replacement timing, and budget planning.
- Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, follow-up, and pipeline information in the company CRM.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales, gross margin, activity, and pipeline goals.
- Represent Kilgore professionally with commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical facility customers.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has proven experience selling commercial HVAC, mechanical, MEP, service, retrofit, or facility-related
solutions. This person understands how to build trust with customers who manage complex buildings and can move
opportunities from discovery to proposal to close with consistent follow-up and strong account ownership.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical sales, service sales, business development, or account management experience in HVAC,
mechanical, MEP, construction, facilities, or building services preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems required.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and broader MEP systems preferred.
- Experience selling service agreements, preventive maintenance, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, equipment replacements, or
service projects preferred.
- Ability to communicate with building owners, facility managers, property managers, engineers, contractors, and operations
teams.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to understand scopes, equipment needs, budgets, and customer decision timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred but not required with
strong industry experience.

What Kilgore Offers
- Competitive base compensation and commission opportunity.
- Paid holidays and paid time off.
- Weekly direct deposit.
- 401(k) plan.
- Medical, dental, vision, life, AD amp;D;, short-term disability, long-term disability, and supplemental life insurance options.
- Opportunity to help build and grow Kilgore's commercial service platform.
- Support from a broader MEP construction and service organization with experience across commercial, healthcare,
