About This Role
As an HVAC Branch Manager at Kelso Industries, you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. You'll play a key role in building out our service operations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
  • Oversee daily service operations and scheduling
  • Assist with P&L, and other financial responsibilities.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
  • Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
  • Experience managing projects and leading small teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
