Job description

Construction Window Cleaner – Experienced
Roberts JSS | Phoenix, AZ

Roberts Janitorial & Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced window cleaning team members to join our construction cleaning crews on active multifamily and commercial job sites throughout the Valley.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on construction sites, up to 3 stories high
  • Clean glass doors, windows, tracks, and frames to a streak-free finish
  • Remove minor paint, spackle, and construction residue from glass surfaces
  • Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access upper-level windows
  • Coordinate with site supervisors on cleaning sequence and schedule
  • Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection when working at height
Requirements:

  • Prior window cleaning experience required
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 3 stories using ladders or lifts
  • Own basic window cleaning tools/equipment preferred
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
