What You'll Do as a Project Manager

  • Lead commercial construction projects from contract execution through closeout, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the project budgets, approve invoices, track costs, and oversee change orders to support project profitability and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate project schedules, material procurement, subcontractor activities, and construction sequencing to keep projects progressing efficiently.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy, communicate updates, and maintain project quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings, conduct regular jobsite visits, and proactively resolve construction challenges to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Guide clients through project decisions, including finish selections and design details, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Our Ideal Project Manager

  • Experienced: Bring 5+ years of construction experience with a strong understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, and building systems. 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented & Organized: Manage schedules, costs, documentation, and change orders with accuracy and consistency.
  • Customer-focused Communicator: Build positive relationships by responding promptly to customers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Integrity-driven Professional: Contribute to a faith-based company culture that values honesty, quality workmanship, and long-term relationships.
  • Computer Skills: Utilize MS Office confidently. Bluebeam knowledge is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Comfortably walk active job sites and climb ladders as needed throughout commercial construction projects.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of building details, material coordination, and construction sequencing
