The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the internal and external communications required to deliver a pre-engineered metal building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial contract to fabrication completion.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project budgets.
  • Corroborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained.
  • Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required.
  • Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must have the ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
