Job description

MD Building Services is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents and records
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools for efficient schedule management
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial tasks
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of organizing office events or meetings
