Join a Leading Building Envelope Team

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee commercial waterproofing and building envelope projects across multiple regions. This leadership role requires hands-on expertise, team management skills, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site crews performing commercial waterproofing installations and repairs (below-grade, plaza decks, roofing interfaces, sealants, and air/vapor barriers).
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and waterproofing details.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues in real time.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and support field technicians and foremen.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial waterproofing, building envelope systems, or related trades.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealants, flashing, joint systems).
  • Prior experience as a Superintendent or in a leadership role within construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with major waterproofing manufacturers and systems.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background in concrete restoration or façade work is a plus.
