Job description

Under moderate supervision, coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.

  • Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
  • Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
  • Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
  • Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.

Requirements: High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
