This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Ability to manage multiple jobs. Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services are being met and exceeding their expectations.

Construct, identify, and resolve potential project and basic computer issues. Install, service and maintain commercial HVAC & building automation systems Ensures project estimate, documents, and other information are available to all necessary personnel to maximize productivity throughout the project. Requirements: Completed Apprenticeship, Journeyman, OSHA, and other Certifications preferred.

4+ years of Controls Project Manager field experience in building controls and automation: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others. Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
