Mission

As part of the engineering team, you will serve as a key technical resource supporting automated manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing automated production equipment;
• Investigating root causes of equipment failures and performance issues;
• Reading, understanding and supporting PLC programs to restore production quickly;
• Providing technical support for Allen Bradley and Rockwell automation platforms;
• Working closely with maintenance, production, quality and engineering teams;

Your profile

• College diploma (DEC), AEC or equivalent technical training in Automation, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Technology or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing automation;
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in production environments;
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms;
• Experience with Studio 5000, RSLogix and FactoryTalk;
• Good understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols;
• Familiarity with Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT or similar technologies;
• Experience with industrial robotics (Fanuc, Mitsubishi or equivalent) is considered an asset;
• Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors and process control systems;
• SQL database knowledge is an asset;
• Electrical License C, or active progression toward obtaining it, is highly valued;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
